How do I place an order?

Ready to dive into dessert heaven? Fill out our order form or drop us a line at hello@mrdesserts.co.uk. Just tell us your order date, details, serving size, design, flavor preferences, and any allergies or special requests. We’ll take it from there!

What payment methods do you accept?

We keep it easy and secure with a range of payment options, including credit/debit cards and other secure online payment options. Sweet and simple.

Is full payment required upfront?

For orders of £150 or less, we’ll need the full amount upfront to lock in your order. For orders over £150, a 50% deposit or £150 (whichever is more) will do to get things rolling, with the rest due 7 days before your big day.

Do you offer delivery services?

Absolutely! We deliver across West Essex, South Essex, East London, North London, and West London. Just give us your address, and we’ll sort out the delivery quote.

Where is the collection point for orders?

Swing by Loughton (IG10) in West Essex to pick up your goodies. We’re a short 10-minute walk from the Debden stop on the Central Line. Easy peasy.

Do you cater for allergies?

We handle allergens like nuts, peanuts, milk, gluten, eggs, soy, and sulphites with care. However, we don’t recommend our treats for those with severe allergies due to potential cross-contamination.

How should I store my bakes?

Keep your cakes chilled in the fridge but let them warm up to room temperature before serving. Larger cakes or colder weather might need a couple of hours to reach peak deliciousness.

How long will my bakes stay fresh for?

Our treats are best enjoyed on the day they’re made, but they’ll last about 3 days in the fridge—if they even last that long! We wouldn’t blame you if they disappear before then; they’re that irresistible. No artificial preservatives here, just pure, sweet goodness.

What size are your bakes?

Our 4-inch cakes are perfect for 8-12 people, 6-inch cakes for 15-25, and 8-inch cakes for 30-50, depending on how you slice it (finger, dessert, or party style).
