Mr Desserts didn’t come from a business plan. It came from obsession. At 14, my Aunty told me to post my pumpkin spice macarons on Instagram, and let’s just say, the streets weren’t ready.
From whisking in my mum’s kitchen to running a full-blown flavour operation, I don’t do basic bakes. I make desserts that are loud, proud, and dangerously good.
Now, I run a microbakery that rewrites the rules of indulgence. Every batch starts with proper ingredients like French butter, Belgian chocolate, and zero shortcuts because if you’re going to do it, do it properly. I bake everything from scratch in small batches because big things deserve big care.
From caramel chai cupcakes to chunky brown butter cookies that make people emotional, I bake like it matters.
